Our Partnership with Trees for the Future
At Arbor Zen Hardwood Floors, we believe in giving back to the environment that inspires our craft. That's why we proudly partner with Trees for the Future, a nonprofit dedicated to planting trees and restoring ecosystems through sustainable agroforestry.
Since 2020, our 25 Tree Promise has helped plant over 34,000+ trees, supporting farming families, enriching soil, and creating a healthier planet—one floor at a time.

Supporting Asheville's Urban Forest with Asheville GreenWorks
We are proud to support Asheville GreenWorks and their Urban Forestry initiative, which aims to restore and protect the tree canopy in Western North Carolina.
Through volunteer efforts and financial contributions, we assist in planting native trees, maintaining tree nurseries, and enhancing green spaces throughout Asheville. This initiative not only improves air quality and reduces urban heat but also fosters a more resilient and vibrant community.
By partnering with Asheville GreenWorks, we reaffirm our commitment to environmental stewardship and the well-being of our local ecosystem.
Building Community with Beloved Asheville
Since 2018, Arbor Zen Hardwood Floors has proudly supported Beloved Asheville, a grassroots nonprofit creating innovative solutions to end homelessness and uplift marginalized communities.
One of their most impactful initiatives is the Beloved Villages project—a community of deeply affordable, environmentally-friendly homes designed to provide safety, dignity, and belonging for those in need.
Arbor Zen was honored to donate and install all of the hardwood flooring for the first 12 Beloved Village homes. These thoughtfully crafted micro-homes prioritize sustainability and community living, offering a model for what compassionate, creative housing solutions can look like.
